With 3 stainless steel 10,000 BTU burners, this gas grill has what it takes to get the job done. Like the charcoal grill, the grates are porcelain coated cast iron with enough cooking surface to feed that hungry crowd of friends and neighbors. The Smoker

The offset smoker firebox is perfect for those charcoal or wood smoked low and slow recipes. The Infrared Searing Burner

There is one more option on the Smoke Hollow 4-in-1 Combination Grill that in my opinion is overkill. But I imagine that for a lot of folks out there, it’s an added convenience. What I’m talking about is the infrared searing burner. I usually sear my meats directly over the flame, be it the charcoal flame or the gas burner. However, I’m sure that many of you will get some use out of this extra convenience item.

Porcelain-coated cast iron is used to construct the cooking grates. This makes for even heating and easy cleanup. The charcoal grill has an adjustable charcoal tray and dampers for better temperature control. It has an offset side smoker firebox for indirect cooking for an amazing smokey flavor and removable ash and grease pans for easy disposal of unwanted grease and ash. It also has a storage shelf for condiments and utensils.

Conclusion

With a little care and maintenance, you can expect to get many years of worry free use from this grill. In my opinion, this is a solid investment for the backyard chef that wants a lot more grill for a little more money. Although assembly can take 2 hours or more the effort is well worth it. Especially if you like the best of all worlds.
